SCEL. Facilitated by Lyn Sharratt, Beate Planche and Maggie Ogram from Collaborative Networks for Learning, the SCEL 2017 conference is open to educators working at every level in the system and aims to deepen your understanding of the power of collaboration as a leadership and learning approach. Lyn and Beate’s recently published book ‘Leading Collaborative Learning: Empowering Excellence’ provides research-proven approaches to achieving sustainable communities of collaborative learners. The conference will provide opportunities for leaders in the Scottish education system to engage with these approaches, explore leadership strategies that create conditions for collaborative learning, and discover how these may apply in your setting.
SCEL has commissioned an Informed Scotland Leadership Special to coincide with the conference.
